$25/hr - $28/hrPM Hotel Group is seeking an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to elevate onsite experiences at Reset Hotel. The role involves managing events, curating the atmosphere, and collaborating with vendors to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Manage onsite events including corporate retreats, weddings, yoga and wellness retreats, group buyouts, and other gatherings, overseeing logistics from setup to execution to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Curate and maintain the overall vibe around the clubhouse and common areas, including selecting appropriate music, monitoring guest happiness, and ensuring the space always looks polished and inviting
Plan and set up onsite programming, particularly on weekends, such as DJ sessions, special events, yoga classes, and other activities that enhance the guest experience
Collaborate with local catering companies and establish partnerships with vendors for excursions and services like rock climbing, masseuses, horseback rides, and more, negotiating terms and ensuring high-quality integrations
Oversee the setup of guest packages, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless, smooth interactions that reflect Reset's commitment to effortless luxury and wellness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably in hospitality, retreats, or wellness settings
Strong social skills with comfort in engaging diverse groups, from casual guests to corporate leaders
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interface effectively with retreat leaders, vendors, and team members
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Energetic and enthusiastic personality that brings positivity to events and daily operations
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with strong discernment for quality and the agency to make independent decisions that align with Reset's standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events dictate
Preferred
Familiarity with the Joshua Tree area and local vendors is a plus; knowledge of wellness trends and sustainable practices preferred
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred but not required
