RC Willey is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze data, manage inventory levels, and partner with internal teams such as merchandising, as well as vendors to ensure the right products are available at the right time to support sales and promotions.

Responsibilities

Use data to forecast sales, manage inventory, and track vendor performance
Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and teams to make inventory decisions, including what to order, when, and where to ship
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and store teams to optimize product flow and maintain reliable supply
Learn inventory planning and forecasting techniques to drive success
Ensure all stores have the right products for everyday sales and promotions
Join a supportive team focused on your growth and success
Additional duties as assigned

Required

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work as a team with coworkers to accomplish daily goals
Proficient with Microsoft Office products; advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
Must be dependable, self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
