Responsibilities
Develop and drive the company's overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term development goals
Translate company strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, processes, and metrics
Continuously improve operational efficiency, cost control capabilities, and organizational execution
Establish and optimize an end-to-end operational management system (from supply and production/delivery to after-sales support)
Promote process standardization, digitalization, and automation to enhance operational transparency and control
Establish operational management systems, SOPs, internal control mechanisms, and risk management systems
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, human resources, and other departments
Coordinate resource allocation, resolve cross-departmental operational issues, and ensure smooth business progress
As a senior manager, participate in major company business decisions and resource allocation
Establish and monitor key operational indicators (KPIs/OKRs), and report regularly to senior management
Utilize data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
Ensure operational results meet targets in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Lead and develop the operations management team, building a high-performing organization
Clearly define job responsibilities, objectives, and incentive mechanisms
Cultivate a management talent pipeline to enhance the organization's long-term operational capabilities
Identify and manage operational risks (supply, delivery, quality, compliance, etc.)
Ensure operational activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Respond to unexpected operational events and ensure business continuity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field
20+ years of experience in operations management, production management, supply chain, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in middle to senior management (Director/VP level)
Excellent operational management and systematic thinking skills
Strong cross-departmental coordination and execution capabilities
Outstanding data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience in cost control, process optimization, and organizational management
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or a relevant management master's degree
Experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, fast-growing companies, or multinational corporations
