Responsibilities
Under general supervision of the Assigned Counsel Division Director, this position manages the business functions and administrative operations of the Assigned Counsel Division (ACD)

Qualification
Required
Customer Service (e.g., responding to complaints, responding to requests for information or assistance, communicating unfavorable decisions, communicating with marginalized populations, etc.)
Conflict Resolution (e.g. resolving customer complaints, resolving inter-office employee conflicts, etc.)
Gathering, organizing and presenting data
Exercising discretion and judgment in responding to requests for information or assistance
Preferred
Working in a law office and/or legal setting
Working with the Criminal Justice system
