Responsibilities
Innovating to develop tools, flows, and methodologies to increase the design efficiency and quality of our memory designs on NAND/DRAM/HBM
Providing training, documentation, and support to end-users on new tools and methods
Collaborating closely with design, process teams, vendors and customers
Qualification
Required
Excellent programming fundamentals are required
3 years of related work experience
Masters degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Unix and shell scripting is highly preferred
In-depth experience in the SKILL and Python programming languages are preferred, but recent and validated experience in C, C++, JAVA, Visual Basic, Perl, or Lisp will be considered
Demonstrated ability in EE or CE including VLSI circuit design and software required
Demonstrated ability in IC design CAD tools (schematics, layouts, simulation, and verification tools)
Direct experience with CMOS implementation including area, speed, and power tradeoffs
5 years of relevant work experience
Masters / Phd or equivalent experience
