Transactional Attorney

The role involves representing clients in real estate matters, advising on entity formation, and drafting various agreements.

Responsibilities
Represent developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate matters, including development, construction, leasing, and financing
Advise on entity formation, governance, joint ventures, and partnerships
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business and real estate agreements
Handle purchase and sale transactions involving businesses
Plan and create condominium and planned community ownership regimes
Provide ongoing general business representation and counseling
Participate in business development, marketing initiatives, and community or bar association involvement
Qualification
Required
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
5–10 years of Pennsylvania law firm experience in real estate transactions and/or general business matters
Strong understanding of business entities and governance
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Self-starter able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Experience representing lenders and borrowers and familiarity with commercial real estate and asset-based loan documentation
Experience with condominium or planned community documentation
Tax background or LLM in Taxation (or willingness to pursue, at firm expense)
Admission to practice in New Jersey
