Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with buyers who value transparency, reliability, and product integrity
Represent a portfolio of traceable produce brands — Sazzy Fresh, Dilumi Fresh, and Solumi Fresh — sourced from trusted growers in Latin America
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery programs aligned with our marketplace strategy
Share market intelligence on pricing, demand, and buyer trends to guide commercial decisions
Collaborate with operations and tech teams to design efficient, data-driven programs and logistics
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in fresh produce sales or a related category (avocados, mangoes, or other fresh commodities)
Already connected with buyers, distributors, and importers in the U.S. (Texas, Midwest, or East Coast)
Hands-on, practical, and independent — someone who knows how to move fruit, not just talk about it
Comfortable working with growers and packers across Latin America
