Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and architecture of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows
Manage 5–7 developers across CIA, Phoenix, and Guardians teams, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews
Collaborate with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
Support cloud migration planning (Azure, 2026) and integration with Angular front-end applications
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Pega development experience, including 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA)
Expert-level knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework, policy administration systems, and underwriting workflows
Strong leadership, mentoring, and code review skills
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience with Pega Infinity v24 and Pega DX API integration with Angular
Familiarity with Pega on cloud platforms and insurance industry applications
Consulting or contract experience across multiple client projects
