Responsibilities
Assemble inductors and transformers, including coil winding and core stacking
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Inspect small components using microscopes to ensure quality and accuracy
Position, align, and solder electrical components according to specifications
Perform wiring, encapsulation, and curing processes for electronic assemblies
Mix and apply compounds; clean parts, tools, and work areas
Load and unload parts into ovens for curing and finishing processes
Follow torque, insulation, and safety procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Qualification
Required
Ability to use hand and power tools with precision
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation
Preferred
Previous experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic assembly preferred
