They are seeking a Market Operations / Execution Director to lead market-facing operations, focusing on execution, operational coordination, and go-to-market implementation.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of market expansion initiatives, including user growth, partner onboarding, and regional rollouts
Translate company strategy into actionable execution roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional execution between marketing, product, compliance, operations, and external partners
Support go-to-market execution for new products, features, or market entries
Optimize growth funnels, operational workflows, and market activation processes
Monitor execution performance and continuously improve efficiency and conversion
Establish scalable operational processes suitable for a regulated crypto/fintech environment
Implement execution tracking, reporting, and performance management frameworks
Ensure alignment between market execution and compliance / risk requirements
Act as a key execution partner to the executive team
Work closely with global stakeholders, investors, and strategic partners
Potential to build and lead a small execution or operations team as the company scales
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in market operations, growth operations, business operations, or execution-focused leadership roles
Experience in fintech, crypto, digital assets, trading platforms, or adjacent financial services strongly preferred
Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage or scaling environments
Strong operational mindset with attention to detail, structure, and accountability
Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience working with institutional investors, venture-backed startups, or global financial firms
Familiarity with U.S. regulatory considerations in fintech or crypto
Background in consulting, investment, operations, or strategy with hands-on execution exposure
