Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of MDM projects, from requirements gathering and architecture design to development, deployment, and maintenance
Design and implement Scalable and high-performance MDM solutions using Semarchy
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to integrate MDM solutions with enterprise data platforms
Optimize data workflows and pipelines, leveraging tools such as Snowflake and AWS Glue when applicable
Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and metadata management across the organization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on MDM solutions and architecture
Ensure compliance with data standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in healthcare or other regulated industries
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Master Data Management architecture and implementation
Hands-on experience with Semarchy in enterprise-scale MDM projects
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end MDM solutions successfully
Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake and AWS Glue is a plus
Background in Healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
