Responsibilities
Assist with the design and implementation of E-Discovery workflows, ensuring processes meet regulatory and organizational best practices
Provide technical expertise and support the E-Discovery team in daily activities to promote operational excellence and collaboration
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and EIP stakeholders to help ensure the integration and efficiency of E-Discovery capabilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, playbooks, and training materials related to E-Discovery procedures and technologies
Support the evaluation, deployment, and optimization of tools used for electronic data identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production
Monitor E-Discovery activities and prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders
Ensure E-Discovery operations adhere to internal policies, legal standards, and data protection regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Substantial experience in digital forensics, incident response, and E-Discovery
Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to E-Discovery
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
eDiscovery certifications (Certified E-Discovery Specialist, etc.)
Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, etc)
