Responsibilities

Scanning, faxing and filing highly confidential documents
Downloading and printing medical records
Generating appeal letter templates
Packaging certified mail
Logging events on accounts in workflow system
Adding notes to accounts in hospital patient accounting systems
30 hours per week

Required

Recent college graduate or equivalent experience in hospital related billing/follow-up field
Knowledge of/experience working with managed care contracts
Experience working with customer support/client issue resolution management
Strong analytical acumen
Strong multi-tasking skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred
