Program Supervisor

Health Connect America is a leader in providing mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults. The Program Supervisor ensures the effective delivery of program services by managing daily operations, supervising staff, and contributing to strategic planning and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

Assign caseloads and identify staffing needs
Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions
Oversee the implementation and certification processes for evidence-based practices
Provide supervision and performance feedback to staff in consultation with the Program Director
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
Coordinate day-to-day program operations
Facilitate staff meetings to enhance communication and teamwork
Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards
Manage client service authorization and documentation requirements
Provide direct services to families as needed
Assist in annual budget preparation and review monthly financial statements
Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan
Contribute to marketing and regional development efforts in line with strategic objectives
Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and the implementation of improvement plans
Ensure the completeness and timeliness of required documentation
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Criminal Justice, is required
A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have worked with children, community services, or educational programs

Preferred

Previous supervisory experience in a social services environment is preferred
