Responsibilities
Weekly and monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reporting
Margin analysis by offer, SKU, and channel
Channel level P&Ls for Amazon, DTC, and TikTok Shop
13 week cash flow forecasting and cash management
Month end close and account reconciliations
Inventory, COGS, and payment processor reconciliation
Accounts payable including suppliers, creators, agencies, and vendors
Invoice review for accuracy across vendors and sales tax filings
Sales tax compliance and coordination with external tax partners
Process improvement, automation, and documentation over time
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of accounting or controller experience
Background in CPG or ecommerce
Strong GAAP and inventory accounting knowledge
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and ideally TikTok Shop
Highly detail oriented, proactive, and self sufficient
Comfortable operating in fast moving, flat organizations
Excited to bring order, clarity, and rigor to a scaling company
