Lead outreach to flight schools, aviation companies, operators, associations, and partners
Support pilot, instructor, and employer onboarding onto the FlyHire platform
Develop and manage partnerships and referral relationships
Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple aviation segments
Represent FlyHire professionally in conversations with industry stakeholders
Provide feedback on growth strategy, partnerships, and market opportunities
