The Sales Operations Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized and presentable lot, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Safely move, park, and stage RVs and trailers around the lot, service areas, and display spaces
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot that showcases inventory to its fullest potential
Assist management with concerns and hot issues in order to keep customers happy and camping
Work with the sales team to stage vehicles for promotions, events, and customer presentations
Support team members in show setup and promotional events — be part of the action!
Interact with customers professionally, including helping with positioning RVs for customer walkthroughs and delivery
Perform general lot maintenance — keeping walkways clear, debris picked up, and the environment welcoming
Follow safety procedures and ensure all vehicles and equipment are secure
Perform light repairs on RV's as needed
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Comfortable driving and maneuvering large RVs and trailers (training provided if needed)
Reliable, punctual, and ready for physical activity throughout the day
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset — great communication skills help
Preferred
Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus but not required
