Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of named strategic Enterprise & Digital Native customers across North America
Drive account expansion through upsell, renewals, and cross-sell within complex, high-growth organizations
Build trusted relationships across all levels, from hands-on engineers to senior executives
Act as the quarterback for your accounts, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
Clearly articulate Aerospike’s unique value proposition and translate deep technical capabilities into business impact
Maintain strong customer engagement while identifying, qualifying, and advancing expansion opportunities
Provide actionable customer and market insights back to Sales Leadership and Product teams
Own forecasting, pipeline, and opportunity management in Salesforce

Qualification

Enterprise software salesDatabase experienceAccount managementTechnical sales experienceBusiness acumenConsultative sales approachCustomer engagementRelationship building

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a database, data platform, or data services background
Proven success managing and expanding Enterprise & Digital Native accounts in North America
Hands-on experience selling into product-led, engineering-driven organizations
Consistent track record of exceeding quota
Strong business acumen with a consultative, value-based sales approach

Preferred

Database or infrastructure experience strongly preferred
Product-led or technical sales experience highly desirable
