Administrative Assistant
LHH is partnering with a consumer services organization in Wayne, NJ to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Manage and organize schedules and appointments
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
Handle correspondence and communication
Maintain organized records and files
Assist in various administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
