Responsibilities
Prioritize the accuracy, availability, accessibility, and protection of data within the assigned area(s) at the business unit level
Promote the value of treating data as an enterprise asset
Actively participate in efforts related to enterprise data governance initiatives
Communicate our message, enforce standards and guidelines, and lead by example
Contribute to the development of a maturity assessment program for the IT Data Governance team
Serve as the primary point of contact for assessing data governance maturity in your respective areas
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
Preferred
Proven data governance experience in the insurance or financial field
Experience using a data quality monitoring tool
Strong leadership and communication skills
