Start in 2026 SummerZimmerman Advertising is offering a Summer Internship in Human Resources as part of their Infuzion Internship Program. The HR Intern will gain exposure to various HR functions such as Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Relations while ensuring a positive experience for all interns.

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the agency, Human Resources, and InfuZion interns
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and room setup
Capture photographs and videos of intern activities and maintain an organized archive of all InfuZion program metadata throughout the summer
Track and record intern timesheets for the duration of the program
Assemble new hire welcome kits and onboarding materials
Collect intern documentation and compile complete new hire packets
Provide support for Business Continuity planning initiatives
Coordinate and support philanthropic and community engagement activities with the intern group
Assist with intern issue resolution and escalate concerns as appropriate
Compile and organize InfuZion final project materials and weekly survey data
Rotate through multiple Human Resources functions, gaining hands-on experience and participating in projects across Training & Events, Facilities/Reception/Office Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits

Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology or similar
Program recommended for upcoming Junior or Seniors (with a December 2026 or May 2027 graduation date)
Able to commit to Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for the entire 11 weeks of the program (Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026)
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong aptitude for learning new systems
Exudes maturity and professionalism in line with that of a full-time associate, and shows dedication and commitment to the program and work performed
