Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, billing, and claims processes
Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
Process claims information, coordinate with claims adjusters, and follow up on claim status updates
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless customer service
Educate customers on insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products in alignment with customer needs
Stay current with industry regulations, company policies, and product updates
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policies, and claims processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
