Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cash handling, and check runs
Manage month-end close processes including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet
Support audit and tax requests and maintain organized financial documentation
Assist with the transition from paper-based processes to more efficient digital workflows
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of well-rounded accounting experience with strong core fundamentals
Experience in small or family-owned environments where flexibility and adaptability are important
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required; practical experience and sound judgment are key
