New GradDenver Water is seeking a Fall 2026 Law Clerk to join their Office of General Counsel, which provides all legal services for the organization. The intern will assist with legal research, writing, and may attend various legal proceedings and meetings.

Responsibilities
May be called upon to answer questions involving any of the areas of law
They’ll write responses to attorneys which may take the form of a memorandum, correspondence, a portion of a brief, response to discovery, or other documents
Law clerks may attend meetings with clients, depositions, hearings, trials and meetings of the Board of Water Commissioners
Qualification
Required
Must submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample, all in one document
Interns are expected to work in-person at least two days per week
Approximately 20 hours per week commitment
Attention to detail
Ability/desire to work independently
Good communications skills
Proficient in legal research and writing
