Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications
Develop and manage conversational AI bots, ensuring smooth interaction with users and backend systems
Work with Agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langraph, and CrewAI to build intelligent systems
Apply NLP and NLU techniques to enable natural language understanding and processing
Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, and web services for seamless data exchange
Monitor system performance and health using observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI systems in complex and distributed environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and present technical solutions clearly
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovative approaches
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment in enterprise environments
Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models (e.g., GPT, Gemini)
At least 5 years of experience in developing conversational bots
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks like Langchain, Langraph, and CrewAI
Expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and Conversational AI
Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana
Familiarity with web services integration and backend system connectivity
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
