Responsibilities
Develops and implements comprehensive product and program strategies that align with the overall business objectives and client needs
Plays a key role in the development and launch of new wealth management products and services, ensuring they meet client needs and market demands
Effectively implement product and program strategies crucial for attracting and retaining clients to drive WM fee income
Analyzes the competitive landscape to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation
Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and deliver high-quality products and services, wealth management firms can enhance the client experience and build stronger relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
15 years of experience in Wealth Management
15 years of experience in banking or management consulting with a strong focus on strategy and transformation
15 years of management experience including business development, marketing, client experience, go-to-market strategies, building sales and marketing systems and client relationships
Preferred
Master's preferred
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and senior leadership, to ensure successful product execution
Client Focus: Understands client needs and preferences and translates them into actionable product and program strategies
Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicates complex information to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and clients
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
Experience in implementing large-scale/complex Projects
Experience with implementing platforms to create an engaging client experience across all channels (e.g. digital etc)
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing high priority projects with varying deadlines
Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to execute strategic initiatives
