Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create and implement strategic sales initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients
Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, group, and event bookings
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities
Work closely with the catering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and performance
Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed
Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales and General Manager on sales performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Assist in managing the hotel's online presence, including website content and social media
Develop and implement special packages and promotions to attract new business

Required

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
