Responsibilities

Travel to client locations to conduct onsite meetings, gather business needs, and define functional and technical requirements
Design and architect secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems
Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
Develop and maintain high-quality backend code using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams and deployment guides

Required

12+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices
Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and query optimization
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET
Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and working directly with clients
