Responsibilities
Drive the success of direct mail and email campaigns
Identify important data points for agency marketing performance
Lead analysis for product cross-sell initiatives
Collaborate with analysts across the Commercial Lines organization
Partner with multiple collaborators to deliver insights that shape marketing strategies and business decisions
Interpret customer needs and turn them into clear, actionable analysis
Consistently provide collaborators with status updates to ensure alignment and progress
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover growth opportunities
Facilitate conversations between teams to align on success metrics and strategies
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
Preferred
Highly proficient in programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R)
Proven ability to learn and use data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Effective communicator with a proven ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented, adaptive environment. Focuses on managing ambiguity and adapts to changes
Analytical approach with a critical thought process, with proven track record to use data to drive decisions and discussions
Exceptional data management and multitasking abilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment
