Indiana University is seeking a Part Time Communications Marketing Cloud Intern for the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies. The role involves working with the communications manager to design and send marketing emails, ensuring quality and accessibility in content.

Responsibilities

Works with the Hamilton Lugar School communications manager to design and send Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails, including but not limited to: Weekly student news, events, and insights newsletter, Weekly student opportunities newsletter, Monthly external alumni and donor newsletter, Monthly internal faculty and staff newsletter
Completes Marketing Cloud training then follow best practices for email creation and distribution. Responsibilities include proofing text, ensuring accessible content, and resizing images as needed
May be combined with a Hamilton Lugar School student writer intern position

Required

Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University
Highly dependable, organized, and detail oriented
Excellent writing skills and professionalism
Strong commitment to quality, even under pressure

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing software
