Responsibilities
Coordinating interview schedules and managing schedule change requests for hiring teams
Keeping hiring teams informed of interview request statuses and providing weekly updates
Utilizing various databases, including SmartRecruiters (ATS), to generate metrics and reports
Arranging all candidate travel and accommodations, both domestic and international
Processing expense reimbursements and invoices on a weekly basis
Updating SmartRecruiters ATS with candidate statuses and interview data, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff
Qualification
Required
Hold a bachelor's degree
Have a minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer support data entry/coordination experience
Are experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills
Preferred
Have prior staffing coordination or HR experience
