Responsibilities
Lead the strategic design and execution of internal communications that connect employees to the organization’s strategy, values, and priorities
Design and implement change management plans for major organizational initiatives
Lead the design and delivery of strategies that enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in member experience, internal communications, culture or HR-related role required
Management or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
