Responsibilities
Support Senior Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and routine client requests
Coordinate client requisitions and assist with day-to-day account operations
Learn customer needs and help align them with Smart IMS technology solutions
Assist with client communications, documentation, and follow-ups
Capture and document client feedback; share insights with internal delivery teams
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
Client interactions
Sales prospects
Account health and engagement metrics
Maintain organized account records and CRM documentation
Learn Smart IMS IT Managed Services offerings and progressively take on more responsibility
Support Senior Account Managers with client coordination
Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts
Assist with client communications, reporting, and documentation
Learn customer needs and align them with IT solutions
Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise clients
Qualification
Required
Recent undergraduates or early-career professionals
Curiosity, motivation, and a professional mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in IT services, client coordination, or account management
Motivated to learn and grow
