Office Administrator
Bestmark National is the premier design-build firm specializing in commercial, retail, and hospitality environments. The Office Administrator will manage daily administrative functions, maintain filing systems, order supplies, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as need to ensure availability
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Maintain and organize office files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and proper documentation
Prepare and process reports and other business documents
Coordinate office events and meetings
Assist with managing office equipment and troubleshooting minor issues
Support various departments as needed, performing general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks
Perform other related duties as advised by the Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is beneficial
