Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues
Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues
Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed
Qualification
Required
Handles all post order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers
Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues
Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues
Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed
Well-versed on all current company policies and procedures
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
