The System Administrator for CentralReach will manage the CentralReach system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity while supporting clinical, billing, and operational needs.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with CentralReach Customer Success, managing support tickets, coordinating resolutions, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders
Oversee system administration and functionality to ensure ongoing system integrity and efficiency
Audit, identify, and correct data inconsistencies in CR to ensure accuracy across systems
Partner with departments to design and set up new data structures and configurations within CR that support business needs
Manage the rollout of new CR system features, including testing, documentation, and user adoption support
Act as the primary point of contact for CentralReach system inquiries, exercising judgment to triage issues, determine appropriate resolution paths, and coordinate solutions
Independently diagnose and resolve complex CentralReach systems issues, evaluating multiple solution options, and implementing corrective actions to ensure system integrity and continuity of operations
Collaborate with users to optimize processes and improve overall system efficiency
Own ongoing data governance within CentralReach, assessing when and how data updates should be implemented to support evolving business and regulatory needs

Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated experience focused on the administrative and operational functions of CentralReach
2+ years' experience with CentralReach
Preferred
Degree preferred
