Responsibilities
Provide accounting and administrative support through reports, spreadsheets, balancing, and proactive tracking
Assist ownership with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Enter all AP invoices and process monthly billing
Review employee expense reports for accuracy and documentation
Perform general ledger and vendor coding reviews
Process remote deposits and post to the general ledger
Manage corporate credit card processing, reporting, and reconciliations
Maintain internal controls over the AP process
Support the Operations team with high-level order entry
Assist with finishing sales when the team is short-staffed or during peak events
Maintain and file invoices, sales records, and related documentation
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of progressive accounting or administrative experience (or equivalent)
Proficiency with accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Preferred
Retail accounting or administrative experience is a plus
