Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI platforms
Provide product leadership for both in-house and vendor-based AI platforms
Collaborate with engineering, data science, architecture, security, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery across Agile teams
Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication
Support development teams by refining requirements, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high product quality
Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Drive adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of AI platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI concepts, and AI-driven platforms
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and CloudFront
Working knowledge of Java and/or Python application development with a focus on performance and security
Experience with identity and access management solutions, including OKTA/SSO
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
CSPO or equivalent Agile certification
Experience delivering AI/ML or automation platforms at enterprise scale
Background in cloud-native product delivery and platform modernization
