Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accrual journal entries, and analysis of revenue, inventory/book cost, shipping, and corporate expenses
Conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization
Support audits, system implementations, subledger setups, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and enhance accounting and reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
Strong financial accounting knowledge, including US GAAP; experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus) and analyzing large data sets
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs) with excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment, and able to manage multiple priorities
