Responsibilities
Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
Installs and configures systems and other software
Tests installed software for malfunction detection
Identifies and resolves business systems issues
Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
Develops and implements strategies to improve systems
Monitors and tests system performance
Typically has full ownership of a process
May act as a procedural expert
May lead the work of junior level associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Five (5) years of experience
Minimum of 3 Years of experience working on the ARGO platform
At least 2 years working on the ARGO browser (BCF) applications such as Sales and Service
Experience developing other web-based applications may be considered in lieu of ARGO-specific browser applications (BCF), although experience with the ARGO platform is still a requirement
Working knowledge of the ARGO platform. Candidate must be able to understand request/response message flow for a client/n-tier application, various processes involved, and how to debug them
Experience in connecting ARGO platforms with external resources using NetBridge or other ARGO-specific methods
Strong working experience of software development, and the software development lifecycle from coding, testing, and deployment
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties
Preferred
C# .NET experience a plus
MS SQL experience a plus
