Responsibilities
Structuring and executing a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, spin-offs, joint-ventures, asset swaps and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts
Leading a team of analysts and associates to deliver high quality work products and advice to clients
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience within the investment banking industry as a Vice President or equivalent with a proven track record of working on complex executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
Ability to lead a team of analysts and associates to deliver high quality work products and advice to our clients
Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset. Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field or foreign equivalent preferred
Series licensing or must obtain
