Responsibilities
High-volume cold calling and inbound lead qualification
Create and deliver exceptional outreach across email and LinkedIn
Own the process of booking meetings and pipeline generation across both inbound and outbound channels
Be closely involved in our inbound strategy, working with sales and marketing to drive more inbound business
Conduct focused, insight-led discovery to uncover a prospect’s role, context, challenges, and timeline
Build a network of leaders, fostering relationships across our market and sharing Fellow’s progress
Attend regular industry events, representing Fellow at conferences
Become an expert at telling the Fellow story and articulating our value proposition
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1.5 Years of experience in a BDR role
A proven track record as a top performer
Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
Eager to ask for feedback, improve and adapt
Hunger and drive - Someone with high aspirations, a competitive nature, and rapid career progression goals
Attention to detail - We care about producing high-quality work at Fellow, not just volume
Grit and Resilience - Business Development is tough; we need someone who can push through the 'no's' and keep their head up
