Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)

They are seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company's high standards of performance.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of assigned mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance objectives
Oversee field operations, including labor productivity, coordination, and quality assurance
Manage all financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, cost control, billing, and cash flow
Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
Administer change orders, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving
Supervise and mentor team members, promoting accountability, professional growth, and collaboration
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety programs
Perform other related duties as required to support successful project delivery

Required

Demonstrated success managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
Skilled in Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and QuoteSoft Estimating Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to interpret complex technical documents and coordinate across disciplines
Committed to upholding company standards of safety, integrity, and operational excellence

Preferred

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors
