Ensure compliance with information security and privacy regulations within an academic healthcare environment
Ensure approved projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives
Develop and implement processes using industry best practices for IT project management
Stakeholder identification
Functional requirements gathering
Fiscal analysis
Define scope of work and deliverables
Resource allocation and scheduling
Risk analysis
Support requirements planning
Oversee deployment staff
Coordinate with other service teams
Manage change processes
Track progress and provide reporting
Monitor achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Transition to production support services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required with three (3) years of direct experience in client technology implementation, project management, and support
CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire
Proficiency in workgroup and project management tools and applications
Preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience with client technology hardware, operating systems, applications, and services supporting clinical care, research, and academic environments
Experience working within an enterprise-level IT environment
Broad understanding of IT disciplines and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to accurately assess resource needs and scheduling requirements
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations and expedite issue resolution
