Responsibilities
Accurately enter new customer accounts from the National Account Console into BOSS, ensuring minimal errors
Carefully compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
Obtain necessary source documents, approvals, and other required information for incomplete download requests
Conduct audits of completed work to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Respond to phone and email inquiries related to Data Administration within one business day
Perform mass updates of existing database records with a high level of accuracy
Demonstrate proficiency in alphanumeric data entry
Skillfully create and populate database fields as required
Regularly review error reports and enter necessary corrections into the system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong verbal & written communication
Data entry & proficient 10-key skills
Problem solving
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Proficient typing skills
Good customer service skills
Self-motivation
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to do the same task for long periods of time
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Preferred
