They are seeking a business systems analyst intern to support the tech team by executing projects, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define solutions.

Responsibilities
Execute assigned projects and tasks as outlined by the mentor
Prepare and submit weekly project reports and summaries outlining progress and deliverables
Meet regularly with a mentor to review project status, reports, and address questions
Support the department and broader organization by contributing innovative ideas, solutions, and an external perspective
Assist with documenting and refining business and functional requirements, including user stories
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather and analyze requirements and help define solutions that deliver value to customers
Document process flows and participate in design sessions to translate technical designs into effective product solutions
Perform system analysis on existing applications and recommend approaches for integrating new requirements into current software products
Participate in active projects, collaborate with the development team, and gain hands-on exposure to multiple phases of the software development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in and working towards an undergraduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Available to work 40 hours/week (hybrid) for 10 weeks: June 2nd- August 6th, 2026
Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications
Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of general software development concepts and SQL
Ability to communicate effectively both with non-technical business users and the technical engineering team
Strong customer service aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
