Responsibilities
Process new employee files and submit paperwork for approval
Calculate and input payroll for drivers and staff
Track attendance for part-time employees
Handle fare reconciliation and deposits
Assist in tracking and reducing overtime
Full-cycle recruiting: review applications, schedule interviews, and hire candidates
Create and maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork
Manage payroll, leaves of absence, and FMLA tracking
Educate employees on benefits
Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify
Support transfer requests and procedures
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
Computer-literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
College coursework in a related field preferred
