Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Program Managers to identify the right measurement for business performance, design and implement foundational data pipelines, and build the right reports and visualizations to drive insights
Develop deep understanding of various metrics, datasets, and data sources in relation to the rich business and operational context across the entire product landscape
Build and maintain state of the art reporting infrastructure to enable continuous decision making
Perform advanced analytical modelling as necessary to help drive the right decisions
Drive a culture of excellence and help establish best practices within the broader data science team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Ability to scope, structure, and solve ambiguous problems independently
Coding experience with Python and SQL to design and implement complex data pipelines following best practices
Statistical knowledge/data intuition
Experience interacting with senior leadership
Preferred
Experience in the AV industry / Mapping / Ridesharing / Consumer Tech / People Analytics
