The Analyst will support deal teams in originating, structuring, and executing complex project finance transactions across various sectors, while also gaining exposure to clients and investment structures.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and stress-test detailed project finance models (including debt sizing, cash flow forecasting, and sensitivity analysis)
Analyze financial statements, industry data, and project documentation to assess risk and bankability
Support senior team members in structuring and executing project finance transactions, including term sheet development, credit applications, due diligence, and documentation review
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, risk, syndications, and other produce partners) throughout the approval and execution process
Conduct industry and sector research to identify trends and opportunities in infrastructure, energy transition, and other relevant sectors
Working with our Portfolio Management team, monitor existing loan exposures, including compliance with covenants and performance against forecasts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Basic knowledge of corporate finance, debt products, and capital markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
High level of motivation, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
Preferred
Master's or CFA a plus
Familiarity with project finance concepts a plus
Licenses 7, 79, and 63, may allow for contingency to obtain
