Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts
Qualification

Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts
Knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, NFPA, and local building codes
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
PE License in MD, DE, and NJ (or the ability to get reciprocity) is required
Preferred
Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability strategies
